I retain the right to cancel the plan and reimburse you for the unused balance of your Pro subscription if the number of requests or communication becomes unreasonably intense.

Yes, refunds are available for all subscribers within the first 14 days from the day of purchase if they have not logged in to their account or downloaded any exclusive materials. Annual Premium, Pro subscribers and Lifetime members can claim refunds in other circumstances, as described above. If you change your mind and want to cancel your subscription after the 14-day period, I will not be able to provide a refund. If you find yourself in extraordinary adverse circumstances, please reach out via email and we will try to sort something out.
If you decide to move to a more advanced plan (e.g. from Premium to Pro or Lifetime Member), your unused subscription period will automatically vanish.
