Cancellation terms
Your membership will automatically be cancelled once your subscription period expires. You can also cancel your subscription within the 14-day since making a payment if you have never logged into your account, downloaded exclusive materials or accessed the archive in any other way.
If you want to cancel your subscription, please email us at ideas@hiddenvaluegems.com providing your name, email and date of purchase.
After the 14-day cancellation period, no refunds are offered for periods of the Membership that you haven't used yet. If the Site is closed permanently, we will refund you for services that were already paid for but which have not yet been delivered.
If we stop writing for a month or more, we will refund the price of your annual subscription proportionate to the unused time. For lifetime members, 10 years of future publications are guaranteed. If we stop writing earlier, we will reimburse your costs accordingly (e.g. if we stop writing after 9 years from the date of your subscription, you will receive 10% ($300) back from me).
