Brief overview of the serviceAnnual
Premium Membership includes access to 48 stock ideas per year, portfolio updates, research reports on quality businesses, Investment Checklist and Bonus materials (e-books). It also includes full access to the archive materials. Additional subscription benefits may be changed at our sole discretion.
Pro Membership is designed for those who require tailored services, which include bespoke research, financial modelling, special situations, identification of critical value drivers, industry benchmarking, risk assessment and 1-on-1 direct calls/emails. 1-on-1 communication must be scheduled in advance and subject to authors availability. Additional subscription benefits may be changed at our sole discretion.
Lifetime Membership is a one-off payment and includes all the benefits of a
Premium Membership, plus priority communication and support, invitations to exclusive events. Additional subscription benefits may be changed at our sole discretion.
You will receive login details to the member's zone after you make a full payment. All exclusive content will be regularly emailed to you and uploaded to your member zone, which you can access using your individual login details.
Memberships are limited to the delivery of information in electronic form; they do not entitle you to receive any hard copies.
While most of the content is about listed companies and investing, the website and the Membership do not constitute investment advice. All content is for information and educational purposes only.
How can you sign up for a Membership?To sign up for a Membership, please visit Hiddenvaluegems.com and select one of the available plans or offers that best suits your needs.
You must be 18 or older and have the power to enter into a contract with us and are not prevented from doing so under any local laws.
By registering for a Membership, you agree that you have provided accurate registration details, including payment information, and will ensure to keep your contact information up to date.
Once you purchase any of the plans, you will receive an email from Hiddenvaluegems.com with login details that you can change at any time in your profile settings.
An invoice will be sent immediately in a separate email.
Membership periodYour member duration is determined by your Subscription plan. It can be either Monthly or Annual for Premium plan and lifetime if you choose Lifetime Membership. The Membership begins immediately after your purchase is made.
Pro membership duration is negotiated separately.

Membership pricesYou shall pay the fee for a subscription plan of your choice:
Premium Plan costs €360 per year or €36 per month for a one-month period. Payment is made upfront at the start of the period and will be taken automatically at the start of the next billing cycle (unless you cancel it before the end of the current subscription). You authorise us to take your next payment using your credit or debit card details that you provided by subscribing to one of the latest plans unless you cancel your subscription (see Cancellation terms below). You will get an invoice every time a payment is taken as evidence of your purchase access.
Pro Plan costs €2,000 per day.
Lifetime Membership costs €3,000 (one-off payment).
The actual prices may differ subject to special offers and promotions made available either at
HiddenValueGems.com or via email (if you are subscribed to a free Newsletter).
Prices may differ depending on the exchange rate (if you are not based in Europe) and additional charges applied by payment providers.
Change of these termsWe may amend these terms at any time to ensure that we remain compliant with relevant laws and regulations and to ensure that we are constantly improving your Membership experience.
If we make any important changes to the Membership Terms, we will notify you by email.

Cancellation, renewal, and refund termsThere are 2 ways to cancel your subscription. Firstly, you can cancel your subscription any time before it expires in your account profile at HiddenValueGems.com (Go to Manage Subscription). Secondly, you can email us at ideas@hiddenvaluegems.com 7 days before your subscription plan expires and we will cancel it for you.
Once a subscription has been cancelled, you will not be billed further. You will retain access to the Premium Content for the remainder of the subscription period that you have already paid for.
There is no refund of a monthly subscription payment taken. For the avoidance of doubt, if you are on a monthly subscription plan and cancel 15 days (of 30 days) into your latest subscription period, you will retain access to the content for the remaining 15 days still covered by your last payment. You will not be entitled to a refund of any amount of your last payment. Once the remainder of the term length of the subscription is finished, you will automatically lose access to the content; you will not be charged further.
If you would like to cancel your annual subscription and get a refund, you should email us at ideas@hiddenvaluegems.com. In that case, you will be charged a €50 to cover the value of archive access and bonus materials as well as the admin fees. The refund will be provided based on the unused period of your annual subscription plan. For the avoidance of doubt, if you are on an annual subscription plan and cancel 6 months into your latest subscription period, you will be entitled to a refund of €180 for the remaining 6 months minus €50 admin fee (€360 x 6/12 - €50 = €130).
You can get a full refund of your annual subscription payment if you cancel your annual subscription within
14 days since making a payment only if you have never logged into your account on Hiddenvaluegems.com, downloaded exclusive materials, or accessed the archive in any other way.

ideas@hiddenvaluegems.com providing your name, email, and date of purchase.
After the 14-day cancellation period, full refunds are not offered for periods of the Membership that you haven't used yet. If the Site is closed permanently, we will refund you for services that were already paid for, but which have not yet been delivered.
If you change your mind after the cancellation and decide to keep your subscription, you can do so by changing payment settings in your personal account at HiddenValueGems.com. However, once your access expires, you will need to resubscribe to your preferred subscription plan
here.
If we stop writing for a month or more, we will refund the price of your annual subscription proportionate to the unused time minus €50 admin fee. For lifetime members, 10 years of future publications are guaranteed. If we stop writing earlier, we will reimburse your costs accordingly (e.g. if we stop writing after 9 years from the date of your subscription, you will receive 10% (€300) back from me).
How can I switch plans?If you decide to move from a Premium Monthly plan to a Premium Annual plan during your monthly subscription, your current credit balance will be used towards your new subscription plan. You will need to just pay the remaining balance of an annual subscription.
If you switch from a Premium Annual plan to a Premium Monthly plan during your annual subscription, then your current subscription balance will be converted to a new plan. You will receive a monthly zero bill until your credit balances are used up.
Can your membership be rejected?From time to time, an order may be rejected for any of the following reasons:
- If, unfortunately, your chosen service is not in stock.
- Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
- If there has been a relevant pricing or service description error.
- If your order otherwise breaches any of the requirements of these Terms.
- If we suspect that the order has been placed fraudulently.
- If it appears that the order mistakenly duplicates another order.
- If we have any other concerns that accepting your order would be to the detriment of this website or its author.
- If your order is rejected, we will contact you to confirm this and reverse the payment you have made for that order.
- Note that we may bar or prevent an individual account, user, email address or other identifier from making purchases or otherwise interacting with the author where we reasonably suspect an association with fraud or other infringements of the law or breach of these Terms or because of any other aspect that we deem to be to the disadvantage of this website or its author.

We may also at any time and at our sole discretion, terminate your Membership where we believe we have serious grounds to do that (for example, for non-payment or breach of these terms).
You are responsible for keeping your login details, including your individual password, safe. You can change or recover the password at
HiddenValueGems.com.
You warrant and undertake not to use the Site in connection with any unlawful or illegal purpose, or so as to bring the Site, its proprietor, products or services into disrepute, or to cause distress or offence to any person. You also warrant not to use the site with any automated page retrieval tool.
We hereby exclude all liability for any claim, loss, demands or damages of any kind whatsoever (whether such claims, losses, demands or damages were foreseeable, known or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Site, including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of revenue; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of anticipated savings; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of damage to or corruption of data; loss of use of money or otherwise, and whether or not advised of the possibility of such claims, losses, demands or damages and whether arising in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise to the fullest extent to which such liability may be excluded or avoided by law.
