Investment Case
Berkshire Hathaway is a unique holding company run by one of the world's best investors who keep over 90% of their net worth in this company.
About 15% of its assets are in cash, while the rest are represented by high-quality businesses, which position it well for a possible correction and/or inflation. The company has underperformed the S&P 500 since 2009 mainly due to declining interests rates which is about to change.
I think the stock is conservatively valued, has strong downside protection and can generate at least 12% of compound returns in the long term.
